Post 790: A Deep Breath

The more often I focus on my breath in any given day, the better I feel on average. Take a moment to think about what this means. The less attention I give my thoughts, the more peaceful I am. The more focus I give my body, the better my body and mind feel. The more time I spend paying attention to something I never have to focus on (my body will keep breathing as long as I am alive), the more calm, centered, relaxed, and content I am.

In any situation, the more time I spend taking slow, deep, comfortable breaths through my nose with my belly moving instead of my shoulders, the better my day is in most every way.
