I just recently read this tip about getting better sleep, tried it, and found it pretty useful. I thought I would pass it on to you.

When going to bed take five minutes and focus on taking six breaths per minute for that time. Simply, take at least ten seconds per in and out breath for five minutes. (As always, focus on breathing through the nose, with the stomach moving instead of the shoulders.)

So far, doing this has given me deeper, more restful nights of sleep. And if I continue to do it for longer than five minutes, I have found my body gets a buzz around it, it is so relaxed.

Worth a try if you are like me, and tend to wake up a bunch through the night.
