Post 115: How to Feel Better

A simple practice I regularly remind myself to do: Breathe deeply.

Focusing on my breath is a great way to relax my mind and body no matter what situation I am in. Here are some tips to do this even more effectively:

1.       Breath through your nose.

2.       Breath with your stomach instead of your shoulders.

3.       Breath as slowly as you can while remaining comfortable.

If you can focus and get these three tips to become your natural form of breathing, you will feel better.
