I have found the story of how my life is going can shift dramatically, and very quickly. One moment can take me from, “Oh, hell yes!” to “Oh no!” immediately. How I feel about my day, week, month or year can shift back and forth over and over in just one day.

When I really sit down and think about it, it is ridiculous! I am in the exact same situation, and yet all I need to do is think about it another way, notice something, or be told something and I feel completely altered.

What I focus on matters so much. It is the difference between stress and anxiety, and joy and peace.

It is so important to notice what I am observing.
