Post 1,329: Life is Weird
I just got a call from a friend I have not spoken with in a while and he gave me a report of getting a dream job that doesn’t start for a few months, preceded by a part-time position he was not loving after only a couple weeks.
I love my friends though. He knew what he had, and he was excited for what was to come. So, he was going to make it through the relatively short period of time until he got there.
There have been many times in my life where I did things I did not want to do in order to get to ones I did. Sometimes, that’s life. I aim for finding the joy in the pain. It’s my day, I want to like as much of it as I can.
