Post 89: Get Outside

Nothing makes me feel better than just getting outside and moving in nature. A hike, a walk, a bike ride, or any type of moving. I believe for most people, if you just scheduled 30-60 minutes in your day to get outside and take a walk, you would feel better in general, and get more done. People would like to be around you even more.

Take that phone call while walking. Listen to that meeting, training, or book while biking. Have your meeting on the trail instead of in the conference room.

This is one suggestion that is worth a try. Schedule it in for 30 days. Right when you wake up, before you go to sleep, or at some point in your day, just get outside and move.
