Post 71: Happiness Hacks

I prioritize me. I will ignore work to go take a walk in the woods and listen to a good book. One hour out of my day where I get to move, be in nature, and learn. That sounds like it is worth prioritizing.

I work out in the morning and watch a show while I do it. The workout is not very interesting to me. It does make me feel very good though. By pairing it with a show, I am drawn to do the workout.

I will put my phone away when I am at home. My phone can distract me greatly, and honestly, I love the distractions. I love my family more, and I will pay more attention to them by not having my phone with me.

When I take the time to decide what makes me happy, I can build hacks to do those things. Use TV to make my body healthy. Use my schedule to make sure I get outside. Get rid of distractions to focus on love.

I do all these things for me. I deserve to be taken care of. If I am not taking care of me, who is?
