Thinking is typically the problem. The bad thing doesn’t happen ninety-nine percent of the time, however me fixating on it possibly occurring causes me fear, doubt, anxiety, and stress. So, if I can find ways to take my focus off these preoccupations, I can greatly reduce their impact on me.

I can shift towards my breath, or my body.

By choosing what I am focusing on, I can give my mind relief.
