Most people breathe wrong. There are two specific changes to focus on:

  1. Breathe through the nose. (Slowly and deeply for a bonus from yesterday!)

  2. Breathe so that your stomach goes in and out instead of your shoulders going up and down. Use the lowest segment of your lungs.

Switch these two things and watch your body feel better.
