I know when I get angry, my jaw clenches. This leads to neck pain, and usually even back pain.

When I get nervous, I feel it in the pit of my stomach. I have trouble eating.

Whenever I am excited, I feel energy tingling inside my skin, all over.

Noticing these connections helps to figure out what in my life causes me to be angry, nervous, and happy. Then I can work on getting more of what I want, and less of what I don’t.
