How often do I feel my body? What does it do to me if I am slumped over, shoulders and head hanging down, and looking down at the ground? How about if I am standing up straight and tall, chin up, chest up?

What does it feel like if I am lying down on a comfortable bed? What is going on with me when my neck and shoulders are tense?

I have found paying attention to my physical experience does two things for me. I can immediately affect how I am feeling by the position of my body. I can also easily distract myself from obsessive thoughts by exploring this aspect of my reality.
