Post 295: Writing Therapy

I just read a book called Body Work by Melissa Febos. She talks about writing as a form of therapy. I can completely understand that. Working on my book has been hugely beneficial for me in being more aware of what I am thinking and feeling. Writing this blog has produced insights that have blown me away. And I wrote them!

I am bringing this up to say writing has been very beneficial for me. I don’t see how it could hurt you. If you really don’t like it, the only thing that ever knows what you wrote is the paper, or the computer.
