Will focusing on what is occurring instead of my worries cause me to be complacent?

My experience has been my doubts, fears, and anxieties get smaller as I have given them less attention. I have found room for joy, love, excitement, and peace by looking for them. By giving these experiences my attention purposefully, I have grown them within myself.

None of this has made me complacent. I am motivated to help myself find better ways of experiencing life, and I am pumped to share with others.

I am doing this all the time. I am focusing on what is occurring in front of me, instead of what I think about it. That has lead to a successful realtor career, writing a book, writing a daily blog, more time with friends and family. I am a happier, healthier me.

None of that sounds complacent to me.
