Sometimes, I don’t understand my body. I get good news, and yet I still feel down. I find out about something negative, and I am full of energy. It is almost like my body has a mind of its own.

I have found my best move is to allow it. I am feeling low, take care of myself. I am full of energy, get out and expend it. Just because my mind and body disagree with themselves doesn’t mean I have to choose one over the other. I can still love both.
