Post 1,244: Enjoyable Difficulties
Last night I had the pleasure of watching both my girls audition for a musical. It was so much fun to see them enjoy themselves so much.
What blows my mind is they are absolutely interested in getting parts; however, they love the practicing. They love the doing. They love the being. They get excited for every slice of the process.
I want to use them as models. I want to work toward a life where I am as excited about the practice as I am the performance. I want to find fun in the hard parts, too.
