Post 1,061: A Beautiful Pattern
It turns out, if I want my body to digest my food better, it helps to take a few slow, deep, comfortable breaths before I start to eat.
Funny thing is, it helps me to sleep better if I take a few slow, deep, comfortable breaths before bed.
Interestingly enough, it helps me feel less anxious or upset if I take a few slow, deep, comfortable breaths whenever I find myself in these states.
Did you know it improves your focus on anything you are working on to take a few slow, deep, comfortable breaths and then begin.
I feel like there is a pattern here.
