Post 851: A Normal Anxiety

I find I will hold back thoughts, and these are the thoughts I should share. I should share them because the reason I hold them back is I am worrying about them. I worry about what the other person will say if I let them hear my thoughts or feelings.

So, there I am, stressing out about something with the person I could be having a conversation with. Or I leave that person and stress about it over and over until I see them again.

Even if it is a tough conversation, I could stop all this by just trusting the other person, and letting them know what I really think. Or I could spend days, weeks, or even years, anxious about what I want to say.
