Sometimes I just feel off. I spend my days focusing on how to be as happy as possible, and occasionally I just don’t feel like doing anything.
I have work as a realtor. I have a book I am writing. I have a blog I am creating. I have family I can take care of, and friends I want to see. I have workouts I like, and shows I want to watch. I have bike rides I can go on, and trails I can hike, and walks I like to take. I have books I want to read and podcasts I am interested in listening to.
And right now, I just feel like absolutely none of it. In fact, I can’t think of anything I feel like doing.
I think it is important for me to share this, because I am writing books, and blog posts, and talking to people every day about how to affect yourself. Even with all that, I just need to take a day where I say, "I don't wanna!"
