Post 746: A Walk in the Woods

I have found movement helps. I have found learning helps. I have found being out in nature helps. I think this is why one of my most protected activities is getting outside for a walk. I can pop in my headphones and listen to a book or podcast. I can move for as long as I want. I can stare at the trees.

I purposefully aim to get a walk in every day. I don’t always succeed. I do however prioritize it very high, just because it seems to be so good for so many parts of me.
