I have been wondering about my feelings lately. I have feelings I want. Feelings I don’t want to experience. And some feelings where I question if they are even mine, or did I learn them from watching other people.

I wonder about if they are like thoughts, and they just pop up all the time whether I want them to or not. I have been meditating for a while, and it does quiet my thoughts more than before I meditated. Does it do the same to my feelings?

Does it make me experience them more fully, or make it so I can ignore the ones I want to better? Or maybe both, and I just need to pay attention to what I am doing each time?
