I have to decide what happiness I want. Do I want the happiness of eating donuts, pizza, and drinking Red Bull all day? Do I want the happiness of a fit, healthy body that comes when I stop eating all the junk food? Do I want a fit, healthy body most of the time and the ability to drink a Red Bull every once in a while?

Is what I wanted and chose last week still what I desire now? Do I need to make a decision now that will make my life easier later? Am I really listening to myself, or am I making myself believe what I was told is really what I need?

I think it is almost impossible to come up with something that will always make me happier. I believe I will be far happier if I work on the skill of always questioning what I really want.
