If I throw time at most of my worries, they disappear. Allow me to explain.
If I am worried about something, and I just keep thinking about it (use my mind), I get more worried.
However, if I am anxious about something and I put my focus elsewhere, I have much less anxiety. Removing my focus from my worries lessens them. So instead of trying to think my way out of an issue I most likely thought my way into, I can just go for a run and see if anything happens at all.
Time gets rid of most worries.
