Totally random bio-hack that works for me: when I meditate, I wear an eye mask.
It turns out, a 20-minute meditation is really good for me. Also, 20 minutes in total darkness in the middle of the day resets my body to feeling more rested. So, I combine the two, and I feel like I pounded five Red Bulls when I am done.
Not sure it will work for you. Thought it was worth sharing.
