I like when I can combine things to get the most out of my day. I love to move, and I love to learn. I can go for a hike, bike ride, or run and listen to a book or podcast.

I recently read The Healthy Deviant, and in the book, Pilar talks about following Ultradian Rhythms as a way to stay energized throughout the day. So, I moved my meditation time to correspond with my Ultradian Rhythm, and I feel more rested and energetic throughout my day.

This works for me. I get more activities in my day that make me happier, and feel better. Maybe you like to focus on one thing at a time, and put 100% focus into each activity. It is worth testing and seeing what works for you.
