If I could constantly eat donuts and drink Redbull, I would. However, I also really like feeling good. And, if I did that, I would feel terrible.

There are levels of what I want. There are different levels of happy.

I like to have that Redbull occasionally. It makes me very happy.

It makes me happier to feel good most of the time. And that beats the momentary happiness of a Redbull (most of the time).
