I have studied me extensively. I have figured out that when I sit down to relax, I like knowing I don’t have anything else to do. For example, if I made dinner, everything is cleaned up before I sit down to eat it. I don’t have to wash a ton of dishes after I eat.
The best part about knowing this about myself is I can control it. I can clean up while I am in the process of putting the food together. I don’t have to expect this from anyone else. I don’t need anyone else to do it for me. I can do it for myself. I know what I want, and I know what I can control.
Look at this small gift I can give myself up to three times a day simply by noticing.
