Post 970: Beginner's Mind
In so many situations I am better served by believing I have no idea what is going on. Because then I pay more attention. I listen without assumption. I don’t try to put my beliefs onto what I am seeing.
The more I can take my guesses out of it, the better I can see what I wouldn’t have had I assumed I already understand.
