Post 1,482: Lying to Me
I write about being open, honest, and authentic with others. It is worth pointing out that I am not always that way with myself. I will lie to myself and happily believe it when it helps make me feel better about my day, or me.
If I am not willing to be real with myself when it comes down to making choices that will affect me for a long time to come, I am going to find I am stuck in places I don’t want to be. This is worth thinking about.
