Post 1,453: Stuck in a Story
How often have I just believed a story from my past without thinking if there is still any evidence for it?
This story felt true to me years ago, so it must still be true now. Even if it is hurting me, and actively moving me away from what I want, and I haven’t thought about it at all.
This is a rough way to live my life: stuck in my own old story.
