Post 1,423: A New Beginning
I find the choices I want to make the least are the ones where I have not experienced the outcome before. If the decision I make is one where I know what I am going to get, it is easy to say yes. If the option I pick is going to open up many different possibilities, I am the most apprehensive, because I have no idea where those selections might take me.
And yet, when I look back on my life, all my favorite paths are the ones where my world was changed. Beginning a new level of education, starting work, dating, marriage, having a family, making a business, meeting new friends. Each and every one of these are the parts of my life I love the most.
Even though trying something new is scary, it is typically also the most fulfilling in the long run.
