Post 1,408: Not Alone
I watched the new Spiderman movie with my oldest yesterday. Don’t worry, no spoilers. I just wanted to comment on how beautifully it depicted our need for others. No one is singular. No one can do everything completely on their own.
Let others in. Share who I am and what I am thinking and feeling. Every time I have, it has benefited all sides. I get to feel seen and heard. The others get to feel trusted and connected.
The world is a better place when I know I am not alone.
