Post 1,391: One Big Breath

There is nothing I can think of that is better for me than paying attention to my breathing while taking slow, comfortable, deep breaths. It is good for me mentally, physically, and emotionally. Every single aspect of my life is made better by doing it.

Right now, I just took one breath through my nose, with my stomach moving instead of my shoulders. It felt incredible.

It pulls me into the moment. It relaxes my mind and body. It centers me.

This is, by far, the best use of my time at most any time.
