Post 1,376: See the World
The easiest way to go through life is without expectation. If I don’t expect anything, I can’t be disappointed. If I don’t have expectation, I am not looking for something in particular, which means I am open to seeing more. Open to seeing the kindness. Open to seeing a chance to help. Open to feeling what the other person is feeling.
If I remove my assumptions of how things should be, I get to see more of what is.
