Post 1,370: Desired Chaos
My wife is out of town right now, so I am single parenting. I am always happy when she gets back, because then I get a break from either working or being a taxi. The thing is though; I have found I love when I do get these times with just me and the girls.
They want to be around me just a little bit more, because I am the only parent they have. I make sure to prioritize them as much as possible, because I am the only parent they have.
And so, it is incredibly busy, and tiring, and hectic. It is also a time where I get extra moments with two of the greatest humans I have ever known. Pretty awesome tradeoff if you ask me.
