Post 1,319: The Kindness of Little Monsters
My youngest has found a neighbor who makes monsters. They are little crocheted creatures put in a display case, free for the neighborhood kids to take. She has collected a couple of them. And yesterday, a new group of monsters were put out.
My youngest was watching for them and got one immediately upon them being released. When her sister got home, she excitedly went to show off her new monster, and her sister wanted one as well.
So, they walked over to get big sis one, and the display case was already cleared out.
What did little sis do in this instance? She gave her big sister the brand new one she had been waiting on for over a month.
Sometimes, sharing is its own form of happiness.
