Post 1,300: Making Time to Focus
I am pretty proud of hitting 1,300 posts in a row. That means I have written and posted every day for over three and a half years.
It has been a powerful practice for me. I point this out because focus is what I am talking about. Where I put my focus is the world I find. By putting my attention on being happy, and helping others to feel happier, I have created a world where it is harder to get me down. It is easier to feel connected. Focusing on my happiness has made me feel taken care of.
You probably don’t need to write a blog and publish a new post every single day. However, taking some dedicated time to sit down and focus on myself sure has been beneficial for me.
