I have found great power in testing what things do to me. If I spend a week drinking only water, I feel different. Same thing if I choose to exercise or not. I have found the music I listen to can make a huge difference in how I feel. Or the food I regularly put in my body.

The biggest difference I have found though? What I focus on.

Am I focused on what’s wrong, or what’s right? For the first twenty-five plus years of my life, I was fixated on what’s wrong. And it showed. When I actively chose to switch my attention to what is right, everything changed for the better.
