Post 1,213: Be Selfish
Is it selfish to think of myself? Is it selfish to tell someone no, because I really don’t want to do it? Is it selfish to take time in my day to give to me, so I can have what makes me happy?
What if the whole world thought this way? What if everyone made sure that they were taken care of first, then went out in the world to do their jobs and live their lives?
I am advocating for listening to myself, giving to myself, and being there for myself. If that is selfish, then I fully endorse being selfish.
