Post 1,150: Trust the Car
I have so much trust I never even think about. Take just one example: my car.
I trust my car will work. I trust the other drivers will follow the rules. I trust the food I pick up is safe. I trust all the safety features will operate correctly. I trust what my eyes show me as I am driving. I trust I will make intelligent decisions. I trust places are where people or GPS tells me. I trust the gas station will only take the money I agree to when buying gas.
I could list these things forever. And this is solely about things I do with my car. And I never think about any of these things at all. I simply trust them all.
Think about the staggering amount of trust I have in this world.
