Post 1,144: One Amazing Concert
One of my very best friends invited me to go out of town with him to a concert. Next week.
At this point in my life, that is hard to do. Between my work, my family, and my obligations, one week out is hard to pull off. Typically, something like this gets planned months in advance, and then can still fall apart at the end.
However, I am going to make it work. I love this man, and this is going to make both of us very happy. It has probably been close to twenty plus years since he and I have gone on a trip with just the two of us. That is something worth making happen.
I have the ability to do so. I aim to use it.
