Yesterday, I had a problem in a deal that felt like it could end everything. Today, I fixed it.

This has happened countless times to me in the past. I let the issue keep me up at night. I fixate on it, and worry.

Noticing this as a pattern has been very helpful. I am much more likely to wait until there is a definite conclusion, instead of worrying about the outcome I don’t want.

Paying attention to what keeps me up at night has been a great help at getting better sleep.
