I just had a pain in my back, and I noticed it. So, I stopped what I was doing and went and did a stretch that feels good to me. While I was doing that, I focused on breathing through my nose, slowly and comfortably, with my stomach moving instead of my shoulders. I stayed in that space for a bit.

When I got up, my back felt better. I made it a point to continue breathing deeply, and in general, I just felt better.

When I focus on feeling good, I usually am able to.
