There is no right answer that works for everyone every time. There is no correct move that will push only me forward to where I want to go. There isn’t even a universal right way to go.
Each moment could be looked at uniquely, and decided upon individually. My guess is it would be impossible to stay that fully present all the time. Just because it is hard to do, doesn’t mean it is not possible in this moment.
