Post 1,052: Same Ingredients
I have a realtor client who is getting money from her grandma to help her buy a house. It is exciting for her because she is buying a house. Her grandmother gets to help her granddaughter, and I get work. Everyone is happy.
There are also times when all those pieces are together and the grandkid is scamming their grandparent out of money. Exact same ingredients, very different feelings.
Each situation is unique. Me thinking my solution always applies can lead to horrible outcomes.
