Post 1,009: Learn Mode
I think it is better to be in learn mode instead of teach mode the majority of the time. In learn mode I am looking for what I can take in, how I can grow, and what I am missing. Teaching is useful. It just seems like, unless I have been asked to teach, learn mode is better.
